Dasboard settings update password not working

Hi, I’m using the user’s ultra lite – core plugin. when log in to the dashboard for members my_account, it has a settings and on the settings you can update password (new password there). but when trying to click that it will not push through instead it will display the membership page below. unlike the forgot password it works fine. and want that same feature when you receive an email from forgot password, it will redirect you to a working update password.
