    Is there a way to have “customers” log in and create customers that can only be seen by themselves and the admins? For example, customer A logs in and adds customers X,Y,Z under his name as “clients”. Only customer A can see these customers. If customer B logs in, they wouldn’t see customers A’s clients and information.

    Basically what we are trying to do is have contractors sign in and add the customers for their “area” and add in customer information and documents that only they can see.

    Hi @rmdougan

    For this your “Customers” would need to be Zero BS CRM team members, who are “Assigned” contacts.

    Right now, Zero BS CRM is a Team CRM in that all team members can see all the contacts in the CRM.

    You can have “assignment” in that your contact (e.g. John) could be assigned to CRM Team Member A, CRM Team Member B would see John in the list, but not be able to edit the details (since it’s assigned to Team Member A).
