Dashboard

Because essentially, with no link in WordPress user admin panel to the events dashboard panel, the user can’t access their posted events, can’t modify them, can’t delete them, can’t repost under the same username….etc….

You need to create dashboard page and put [event_dashboard] shortcode into that page then please set the pages inside : Events Listing -> Settings -> Pages -> Event Dashboard Page.
