Dashboard

  • Hello,
    I am using wplc by 3cx for my wibsite and I noticed that to add agent for handling live chat we need to give access to wordpress dashboard. I do not want to give access to to wordpress dashboard. Is there any short-code so that I can build a page to handle live chat for my agents.

    Hello @weesaalcummar, this is not possible because of how wordpress works. You can create users without any privilege, so agents can only use chat plugin and do nothing else on wordpress. This is perfectly safe to do.

    So @wordpress3cx, how do we create a user just to use chat plugin?
    I’ve created a user with agent user option checked (as author rol) but he can do more like just use chat as agent.
