Dashboard access

Hi there
I am using eMoms legacy theme.

I am unable to access the dashboard. When I try to access it through a saved bookmark I am getting 2 warnings in a white page with this text..

And when I google my site I get the first warning at the top of the page..

I was looking at adding a plug-in for adsense so I have done something wrong.

Does anyone know how to get access to the dashboard and correct this?
