We agree with you that this banner should be removable, and that’s how we have set it to be actually.
There have been problems with the banner operation in our previous versions, but we have fixed it in our current version.
Could you, please, make sure you have the latest 3.1.1 version of our plugin?
We have an “X” button in the banner to close it, as well as a “Don’t show again” button if you don’t want to see the banner ever again.

If you have the latest version and still have problems with the banner, then there is possibly something wrong on your site, which we can check for you, if you wish. ??
