• Dears,

I’ve a website installed over a year ago. and I can’t remember the wordpress version, but I think it is 3.3.1

it is still working fine. The problem is on the back end. The front end is working fine.

Now dashboard, posts, jetpack, plugins, etc.. all gives empty page.

I’ve tried to disable plugins via FTP, it didn’t work too.

I contacted the hosting company they told me it is related to a plugin. Though I haven’t install any plugins or update it for more than 8 moths ago and it was working fine. This happens for all hosted wordpress sites on my account hosting.

    what should I do??

I’m moving this to the How-To and Troubleshooting sub-forum.

Are you hosted on Bluehost by any chance? If yes –

Even though this is a very old post this might help you.

have you tried a WP manual update?

I am having the same exact issue on a site I haven’t made any changes to in the last 6 months. My dashboard looks exactly the same, can see the menus on the left, but blank pages on the right. Although, the plugin pages that have a main menu button are viewable. Very strange.

I really don’t want to rebuild the entire site just to get the dashboard working. Any thoughts?

I’ve tried changing the plugin folder name through FTP to see if it would disable all of the plugins and bring back the dashboard. This didn’t work. I have a .htaccess file and everything is correct in my wp-config file.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I had the same problem and my hosting site (BlueHost) helped me out A LOT – aka my dash isn’t empty anymore. All I had to do was update to the newest version of WP however I didn’t know how to do that manually. I called the bluehost 24/7 number and they did it for me AND explained how to do it myself in the future.
