Does it have anything to do with the fact that I moved the folder from application to documents?

Your application will certainly need to know the path to the files…

Or that I change the permissions in the wp-content folder?

Please let us know what permissions were set to.

Also, what application are you using (WAMP?).

Why did you move the files?

I figured it out. I could not move the folder with all the wordpress files to another folder. I use xxamp, localhost.
My permission to wp-content is 777.
Can you then tell me please, why i cannot uploads images?
I do not have the setting -> miscellaneous settings because i have downloaded the newest wordpress.
error says /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/uploads.
