Dashboard/backend looks like text page

    Hi there,

    After updating to WP 5.0.3 + plugins a few days ago, the front and backend of the site looked fine. Today I entered the Dashboard again and the standard layout has been replaced completely by text rows and borders. The backend looks like a simple text page.

    Meanwhile I placed a backup of the site, with no luck. I noticed that the WP version is still 5.0.3, despite the backup with WP 4.9.

    Could someone help me out to solve this?

    Hi there,

    I wanted to add that the plugin ‘classic editor’ was activated prior to the update WP 5.0.3. This plugin is still activated.

    And all of a sudden, after a few days, the backend was working fine again.
