BPS and WordPress 4.5 have been tested together and there are no issues/problems. Maybe your WordPress 4.5 upgrade did not fully install due to a host server hiccup/timeout/etc. Re-install WordPress by doing these steps: go to Dashboard menu link > click Updates menu link > click Re-install Now button. Activate the BPS plugin again. If the same problem happens then deactivate all of your other plugins and only active the BPS plugin. If your WP Dashboard is ok then activate each of your plugins one by one to find the plugin that is causing the problem. Also if you are out of PHP memory or close to your maximum PHP maximum limit then this type of problem can occur randomly. Example: you are close to or maxed out of the PHP memory for your website. You install and activate any new plugin and your WP Dashboard will go blank. You would need to increase your PHP memory limit for your website or remove/delete excessive installed plugins.

    Hi there,

Sorry for my absence I was away.

I’ve had the plugin deactivated for some time.

I’ve just reactivated and the problem persists. I have to rename the folder via file manager to disable the BPS plugin.

Happy to setup an admin login for you to test if you like.

    Thanks

Did you do all of the troubleshooting steps in my previous reply?

    Hi there,

I’ve reinstalled WP following your recommendation.

I’ve deactivated all plugins then reinstalled BPS.

    I’ve activated BPS only.

Same problem. Dashboard is completely blank.

    Thanks
