I have created a site for a client and was just migrating it to their domain. My cleint does not want to share the hosting credentials, so we decided to make me an admin for their newly installed wordpress.

I used the All-In-One-WP-Migration plugin, but it froze upon import. When refreshing and logging back in, I was asked to activate the SiteOrigin plugins. After doing so everything was blank, there is nothing there, I can’t access ANYTHING.

So there is obviously a conflict with the plugins. But now what? The client NEEDS this site up and running ASAP and is pretty demanding. But I can’t access anything, not the WP dashboard, no FTP, no hosting, no nothing.

What on earth can I do?!

I would greatly GREATLY appreciate help, I am completely lost.

    Thank you

    Jennifer

  • I’m afraid that unless you get FTP or cPanel details you can’t do anything.

You can ask your client to rename ‘plugins’ directory to something else may be that can sort this issue out and you can login.
