Dashboard Comment won’t go away

Maybe there’s one sat in the spam queue?

Nothing in spam or trash. Pending indicates 1. When I go to pending, it says none awaiting moderation.

Thanks. Had to work through pending queue, move the nonexistent item to
spam and then delete spam. It is clear now. Have no idea what it was. Many thanks.

I’d probably have checked the comment in the DB out of paranoia, but as long as you’ve solved your problem, i’ll consider the thread a success.. ??

Can’t say i’ve not had weird things like that happen in WordPress, i do get the occasional rogue attachment, post or comment… i do however think it’s more consistent with when i start playing around with things.. so perhaps not the same.
