Dashboard Completely Deleted

    Hi WP Support community,

    I put up our community website several months ago using WP (3.8 or older version). However, I have not updated it after installation and choosing a theme, creating pages, and putting the contents.

    I have been receiving junk marketing stuff into my inbox. I just logged in today hoping to do some updating. But the contents/applications in the Dashboard have disappeared! I cannot even create or edit a page as the editing button is gone.

    Appreciate any help. How can I restore the applications and functionalities in my Dashboard?
