Dashboard crashing after plugin installation

Hi there,

I was trying to find a contact form plugin for my website, and I found one called custom contact form (I think – I remember it had a feather as logo). Anyway, I clicked on install and after that if I try to access my dashboard, I get the following error:

I tried adding define(‘WP_TEMP_DIR’,’/tmp’); to my wp-config.php file, but it’s not working… any help, please?
