Dashboard CSS not loading

Hello,
2 weeks ago we started having an issue where the admin dashboard css was not loading, like this: https://imgur.com/74cdQdq

Sometimes if we reload the page and empty cache it gets back to normal, sometimes that doesn’t work.

I am kinda new to wp, tried some tips from other users like the ones here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18769141/wordpress-admin-not-loading-css-js

which worked for a day or so and then back to being sporadically broken.

Any help is appreciated
