Since a while, the Yoast dashboard doesn’t load correctly.

When i visit the ‘Algemeen’ dashboard, nothing works or shows, except the tabs. Clicking on the tabs (Algemeen | Functies | Integraties | Webmaster tools) doesn’t do anything. Also i have 2 notifications, but can’t read them.

Every page has the same problem, showing tabs but not showing content, or change tabs.

    The workouts page is empty.

I tried deactivating the plugin and re-activating, but this doesn’t help. I’m worried uninstall and re-install will cause the loss of al settings.

Is this a caching problem? I’m using wprocket, but don’t cache for logged in users, so the wp-admin shouldn’t be cached or cause problems.

As far as i can see, no other plugin has these problems.

Hi @suascat_wp , thanks in advance for the help.

Here are some pages. As you can see, most of the content isn’t loaded. Basicly, if the page has tabs, it doesn’t load correctly.

    Hi @marcotics

Thanks for providing this information and those screenshots. It does indeed look like the menu information in the tabs aren’t loading as expected.

Could you check and confirm if you are using the latest version of WordPress 5.9, Yoast SEO for WordPress 18.0, and have the latest versions of the rest of your plugins and themes?

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

Starting with a default WP theme (such as TwentyTwenty) and only the Yoast SEO plugin, does the issue occur? If not, you can then activate your preferred theme and your plugins, one by one, until you are able to reproduce the issue and identify the source of the conflict.

Thanks to this solution (i forgot about the Health check& troubleshooting plugin) i identified the conflicting plugin as WP Log Viewer. I deactivated this plugin for the time being, i needed ir for something a while back but can’t remember why. As it doesn’t seem to be actively maintained, i don’t think contacting the author will be of much use, but i will do so just the same.
