Dashboard doesn’t look like on dreamhost.com

    I just installed WordPress on Dreamhost. When I log into the Dashboard, the menu down the left side of the screen includes a lot less stuff than on my dreamhost.com website. The themes also seem less flexible. For example, dreamhost.com has a menu item Themes/Header but the Header option does not show up under Themes on my Dreamhost site.

    How can I make the Dashboard menu on Dreamhost have the richness of the Dashboard menu on dreamhost.com
