Dashboard Error / Disappeared

  • My UpiCRM dashboard doesn’t ever appear / load.
    All I see is below message but I have nothing further to go, i.e. no instructions in the site admin email inbox.

    “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    Has anyone else seen this and have the instructions to reset / configure dashboard?

    Hello,
    version upgraded – can you make sure you’re using the latest version and report if it’s still occuring ?

    I upgraded to the latest version at the time to see if it resolves but still had the same issue

    Ok… sorry about that…
    it happens when some “other” plugins are colliding with our due to “bad” code writing.

    Can you plaese try and disable all other plugins, see if Upi dashboard works, and then start activating them until you find the rogue one ?
