Dashboard error Must call google.charts.load…

@sarah321 thanks for raising a topic. Could you try the following to clear the error:

1) Clear your browser cache
2) A hard refresh (Shift + Command + R on a Mac)

having the exact same issue on my site. Cleared the cache. reset. etc. None of that does anything. The main dashboard does not load. Adsense is the only individual option that does NOT show the error

@sarah321 could you update to version 1.3.0 to see if this resolves the error?

I have updated, but I still see the error. So weird.

@sarah321 thanks for the update! Are you able to provide a screenshot of the error and any browser console errors you might see?

It is fixed! I noticed that I had a separate plugin called “Google Analytics” still active. After I deactivated it, the Site Kit dashboard started working. Just to be sure, I reactivated the Google Analytics plugin, and got the error again. I deactivated it again, and the Site Kit worked again. ??

@sarah321 thanks for the follow up and glad that solved it! Is it possible for you to share the full name, link to or let us know who is the author of the other Google Analytics plugin?
