Dashboard inaccessible
-
I’m trying to untangle 2 websites that I have, https://moatjumper.com and https://moatjumpers.com. Moatjumpers.com is forwarding to moatjumper.com however the files seem to be indenticle within moatjumper and moatjumpers. I’d like to consolidate everything to moatjumper.com if possible, but more importantly I’d like to be able to access the dashboard which is currently inaccessible. I read the forums and already tried deactivating the plugins. It didn’t help.
Can someone please help me to figure out where the important files are on the server and which if any I can change to easily to this.
I do not have access to the WordPress Dashboard.
https://moatjumper.com/wp-admin takes me to https://moatjumper.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php/?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F which is just a view of the website with WP menus at the top that don’t work.Likewise https://moatjumpers.com/wp-admin redirects me to the signin page https://moatjumper.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmoatjumpers.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 which sends me to https://moatjumper.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php/?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F
I do have access to the ftp server, and the GoDaddy backend. Here’s what I can see.
– WordPress 3.4.2 is installed in moatjumpers.com, FTP path:?/moatjumpers/ Database name:?moa1127308102406 (WordPress)
– I also just installed WordPress on moatjumper.com but I assume that the one on moatjumpers is the one that’s been operating for a year and the one that I need to gain access to.– There is a folder called moatjumper and a folder called moatjumpers. Both of them contain content which seems to be up to date, i.e. the pics uploaded for the last post are in moatjumper/wp-content/uploads/2011/12 as well as
moatjumpers/wp-content/uploads/2011/12PHP is 5.3
Please help. Thanks.
Joe
