Dashboard, Incorrect sites

So this is the problem I am having. I run multiple gaming blogs, and when I look at my global dashboard on one of the sites its listing the incorrect site. It links to the correct one but it lists the incorrect one. This is also effecting my wp stats, when I look at my stats its pulling up nothing and listing the incorrect site. Any idea how to fix or resolve this?
