Dashboard is blank

    Hi,

    I am new to WordPress and not an expert in coding. My admin page was working fine and all of a sudden I can login but I get a blank page. while logged in, if I browse the website it is working fine and it shows the top bar with Dashboard, Edit Page …etc. If I clicked on the Dashboard it give a blank page.

    I need help please.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
