Dashboard is not Populating

@urshadow Have you updated to the latest version of the plugin, if so please update. You can also attempt disabling the Analytics module before activating again and checking your dashboard.

@jamesosborne it seems some of the previous responses on the thread have been removed, I had already upgraded to Version: 1.0.1 but the behavior of the dashboard was still the same.

I have now disabled Analytics module and reactivated Site Kit but still the same result: https://imgur.com/aSydZ7d

@urshadow Thanks for the update. Can you temporarily disconnect the Analytics module before checking again, preferably in a browser incognito window? Let me know if that works, and if so please reattempt Analytics setup.

If that fails can you share you Site Health information?

@jamesosborne As you can see in the snapshot shared above, the Analytics module is not connected, is there another way of disconnecting the Analytics module?

Is there a way to share the Site Health information privately with you?

@urshadow Is the same issue arising if you temporarily switch themes?

@jamesosborne I am using Genesis Framework with Genesis Child Theme and there is no other theme installed, should I set up a staging site to switch themes, will that help in the troubleshooting?

@urshadow If you are in position to do that it would be great, it may assist others if we can find the root cause. I use Duplicator a lot to create backups and move/copy sites elsewhere.

Before you do can you also check if you have ModSecurity enabled at host level? Check if the same issue arises with it temporarily disabled.

@jamesosborne I testing after disabling MOD Security on the host level, still the same result. I still have to work on the staging site.

@reneesoffice I have updated to version 1.1.0 and has reset the kit and only Search Console is connected at the moment but still the same result.

@urshadow really appreciate the update. We’ve seen cases where themes, plugins (particularly security) or server configurations to restrict long URLs can conflict. Since you’ve checked these aspects, we’ll keep searching for the source in the case these are not the cause. Your updates are super helpful!
