Dashboard is weird after update

I was pretty pissed off on Friday night so I transferred the domain and hosting.

I have transferred the MySQL database and I am just waiting on the domain name to be registered. it was a very simple process and even transferring the databases was easy as anything. I would suggest anyone with Crazy Domains boycott them and go elsewhere. Their level of service, their customer service and the service availability is absolutely the worst and we shouldn’t have to put up with such dicks especially if we are paying for it.

Yes, I too have been experiencing the challenge of my WordPress admin page being virtually unworkable and yes I too am with Crazy Domains. I have been with them for only two weeks now. I have called them twice this morning and the second time they acknowledged the possibility that my challenge could be related to their hosting and the people that would attend to it will only be able to do it as from Monday as they do not work on weekends.

With regard to my choice as to hosting, Hostgator doesn’t appear to be option for me as my preferred SEO plugin, WordPress SEO by Yoast posted this article https://yoast.com/avoid-hostgator/ Also at the end of the article he referred to hosting companies he recommends.

@letscre8 that is great (and unusual) that they admitted it’s at their end. Thanks very much for sharing the info with us. It almost makes me start liking them again, just for the fact they are taking responsibility. At least now I can pass the info onto my client. Takes the heat off me anyway :).

Not just WordPress. I just registered a new domain and hosting with crazy domains (last night)… I installed Joomla 2.5 from within the cpanel.. Having similar admin issues… It loads but the buttons and menu do nothing. I then checked my other domain which has been running for 2 years and found it was not behaving the same in the admin, in addition the web page was all out of wack, not centered and text all shaded in black. I rang support today, got through after 30 minutes and they were unaware (so they said) that this was an issue with Joomla.. acknowledged there was a problem and would refer to techs… no doubt not working over the weekend as nothing is fixed to date. https://www.budgetit.com.au is my existing site with problems also on front end.. Can’t edit my new domain..

I have the same issue.

I’ve just moved across to Crazy Domains and started a hosting package today. As soon as I installed WordPress 3.7.1, supplied by Crazy Domains, and logged in, my WP dashboard is all over the place, as if it’s lost its CSS.

This makes it very difficult to work with!

I’ll have to talk to Crazy Domains too. ??

Just so you know I rang Crazy Domains 7AM Perth Western Australia time (I am guessing it would be roughly the same time at their call centre in the Philippines) and they said they will be working on our situation today and once again they acknowledged that when they updated their server setup it upset backend DNS settings.

Thanks Russell_Berry I also got the same message when I called them just now. Hopefully by the end of the day it should be sorted as it is a big problem.

Is this the victims support group for the victims of crazydomains screwing up the wordpress dashboard over the weekend .. still not fixed

I had the same problem. Tried everything. Reinstalled over and over thinking “surely I must be missing something!” then I found this. No word on my support ticket. Im about ready to jump ship. Where would I find out about the latest status of this issue?
