Dashboard issues

  • Hi All,

    Just installed wordpress and pretty much new with it.

    Since installation I’m experiencing troubles with the dashboard.

    The website works fine, however the dashboard is only a blank page with bullets and blue links. Which is different than what I see at many other users.

    I though securing the webpage would fix the problem but unfortunately it didn’t.

    Anybody know what the problem could be? I’m working from Cloud86.

  • Could be due to a missing stylesheet or FATAL errors in the backend.

    1. Open your browser console (Right-click, then Inspect on Chrome) to see any missing stylesheets. If there are missing stylesheets, JS, please fix them.

    2. Another reason for the blank error could be due to a FATAL error in the backend. To see the error, please turn on debugging and then check the log file under /wp-contents/debug.log.
