• Sorry I could not find the correct forum to post in without being thrown around the entire www.ads-software.com site to even post. I accidentally put the /community for the WPforo plugin in my dashboard and it completely messed my dashboard up, with absolutely no way to fix it. My WP dashboard essentially looks like a forum mixed with my website. I can’t access the settings anymore to revert the problem.

Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

I don’t have the wp-config.php at all, but the content file is there

Moved to Fixing WordPress, this is not a Everything else WordPress topic.

If you’ve lost your wp-config.php file you probably either need to recover it from a backup, or reinstall WordPress.

I found the file, uploaded file the fresh files, but can’t see the uploaded files within my file manager. I also can’t even reach my site anymore. If I could I’d just delete everything and start from scratch at this point, but I’m not entirely sure how to go about doing that when I cant even reach my site.

At this point I think you need to ask your web host for help. They should be able to restore your access and advise you on how best to delete and start from scratch.
