Dashboard-like expandable boxes?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to create those expandable/movable boxes like you see on the new WordPress 2.7 dashboard. I’m working on a plugin and I’d like to have a couple little boxes like that on my plugin page. I don’t need the moving ability. Just the expand/collapse ability and the same look as the ones on the dashboard.
