Dashboard links not working

From the description, it seems like there’s a JavaScript error on the page. When these type of errors exist, it could break other JavaScript code, including the one from SliceWP.

I would recommend deactivating each plugin one by one and checking the affiliate account page after each plugin deactivation.

If it starts working, the conflict can be with the latest plugin you deactivated.

I have tried with deactivating other plugins. Its still not working. Can you please suggest any other option or any plugin name you know which causes this issue?

Hmm… currently, I’m not aware of any plugin that can cause this conflict.

The issue could be related to anything outputting or altering JavaScript code. This includes your theme and any of the active plugins.

It’s quite hard to tell what is happening right now. Could you please create an affiliate account for me on your website? I’d love to log in and check the issue closely. Without knowing exactly what is happening, I can’t really propose a solution.

Also, can you please check your spam folder in your email account? I believe you opened a ticket directly on our website and I responded right after seeing this one here.
