Recently I’ve discovered on some of the sites I’m working on that the dashboard menu is not visible when I’m viewing a page of the site. I can see it when I go back to the dashboard but it disappears from view when viewing the site itself. Some sites are working and others not and I can’t figure out if there’s a common denominator for it.

All sites are built in Genesis themes and some sites are working correctly and some not.

    Some of those sites are:

    https://www.paddyspruce.com.au
    https://www.middleagedmama.com.au
    https://www.depressioncounsellingbrisbane.com

Has anyone else come across this and do you know what the cause might be please?

Are you referring to the Admin bar? Only the full Dashboard menu is only available when in the Admin area of the site – not when viewing a page on the front end of the site. If you did mean the Admin bar, edit your profile on that site and ensure that ” Show Toolbar when viewing site” is checked.

Yes, I mean the admin bar. I am logged into the site – some sites I can see the admin bar when logged in and viewing pages but on the sites I mentioned above, I can’t – I used to be able to and can’t fathom out what’s changed and why. The box you mentioned is ticked for viewing the toolbar so what else should I be doing please?
