Let’s launch Website | Page Title
Build a starter “Contact Us” page?
    YES NO THANKS

The site is already launched/live. How do I get rid of this without compromising the work I’ve done? If it matters, it’s on Neve theme. Thx!!

  • Hi @juliebarile1,

Can you please share some screenshots with the issue?

    Thanks!

Not to sound like a total idiot, but how do I attach a screenshot here? I haven’t ever done it on this forum and can’t figure out how ??

You can paste it on https://imgur.com/ or on https://prnt.sc/ for example and then share the link. ??

You’re very kind, lol! Here is the link, BUT the super weird thing is this message is GONE now! Now the Dashboard seems to have the regular Dashboard content. I had just installed UpdraftPlus and Yoast SEO and now this message is gone:

    https://prnt.sc/tz0rk8

HOWEVER something new is happening (argh) when I click on “Manage Site” from the Fat Cow hosting admin, I am getting this message:

    https://prnt.sc/tz0x2r

Even though I am getting this “critical error” message when I try to access the WordPress admin from Fat Cow, when I get into the WordPress admin another way it seems totally fine and there are no error alerts or messages. So frustrating.

I’m happy that the previous issue is gone.
For this error you should contact your hosting provider, it doesn’t seem related to the theme.

Thanks, Betty! Will do. Have a great day!

Betty – I meant to mention that the link in the error message actually leads to a WordPress page:

    Debugging in WordPress

Do you still believe it’s a hosting issue?

Yes ?? It seems that is a problem with your WordPress instance. You can try to reinstall it from the Updates page. See screenshot.

If the issue persist, contact your hosting provider.

So I tried your suggestions and unfortunately it didn’t work, but the hosting company said it’s actually a known issue for them they haven’t been able to resolve, so that’s that.

Thank you for all your assistance, Betty!
