I have a problem with WooCommerce. From January, I can’t see any data in the Woocommerce dashboard. I have sales, but it looks like something is wrong. For example, I had sale today but the dashboard shows No data for selected date period (date range selected last 30 days).

    Hi @gregskiuk

To confirm – do you have any filters active? Is there any time period with sales that do show correctly in the reports? For example, if you head back to February, does the data now show?

Can you go into Analytics Settings and ensure the required order statuses are selected, please? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#section-11

Do the “old” WooCommerce reports show the correct data – These can be found at WP Admin > WooCommerce > Reports.

If no data is showing, and the settings are correct, and you have existing orders, it sounds like this is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.

For more detailed instructions about conflict testing, check out this – How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

Please let us know how that goes.

    No filters are active.

I can see data when I click reports, under the WooCommerce, but the dashboard still doesn’t show anything!

Spoke with theme developer and it looks like there is WooCommerce glitch

    Hi @gregskiuk

Were you able to go through the conflict testing I linked to? This will help highlight any possible conflicts.

    Thanks,

I did this step and there are no conflicts. All plugins were off and stats still didn’t work.

The console is not displayed correctly. EI also do not display the new console correctly. Don’t know how to add a screenshot

    Hey @leyako

I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Also, can you read over this thread that sounds like the same problem you’re running into – do you see any data at all or does the reports simply not load?

    Thanks,

    Hello

This is what I see all the time https://prnt.sc/u6dgbc

Unfortunately, I have not found a solution to this problem. I would be grateful if you can help solve the problem. I can give temporary access

    And everything is displayed completely

Interesting. It looks like there’s possibly some sort of JavaScript error that could be causing the data not to load.

Can you try opening your browser console log first, then loading that page to see if there are any errors during that process? Here’s how to open the console:

Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors

Let us know if that shows anything!

    Hello

    https://prnt.sc/u6vh14

Is it possible to give you temporary access to the console where you can personally check everything. Since I do not know how to do as you indicated.

I also checked on another browser and there the same problem

Let me know how to convey to you

    Hi @leyako

Taking a look at that screenshot, I can see a mention of wpml – can I ask you to ensure all WPML related plugins have been updated to the latest version, please?

If that doesn’t help – I’d like to recommend the Health Check plugin – using this you can enable only the WooCommerce plugin and see if this error still happens. We have more details about using Health Check to diagnose WooCommerce related problems here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/troubleshooting-using-health-check/

    Hi @leyako

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
