Dashboard not displaying correctly

I have logged in to my wordpress dashboard today while at work to check that everything is up to date and it was, just gone to login and do some work on the site this evening while in my hotel room and even though im connected to the wifi which should give a good connection, my dashboard seems to be displaying incorrectly.

The above link shows a screenshot of the dashboard – the site itself though – https://www.freebiejeebies.biz which i was going to update tonight, displays fine.

Any ideas on why the dashboard is displaying like it is?

It will make it difficult to navigate and modify my site from the dashboard ??
