dashboard not loading since pro installation

    I installed the basic version and set up an author account (user: demo, pass: demo).
    the dashboard worked fine.
    since then, i deactivated the free version, uploaded the pro version and successfully insertion my license key.
    i now have access to the full menu of WP Abstracts.
    however, the dashboard will no longer load – the page just hangs.

    i temporarily reverted to the free version, and the dashboard loaded fine. I went back to pro, and the dashboard will not load.

    ive checked the shortcode and even tried creating a new event, but nothing works.

    This is a clean WordPress installation and I have deactivated all plug ins other than wp abstracts pro and this still did not solve the issue.

    Can you confirm that the shortcode is [wpabstracts event_id=”ID”] where ID is the event ID you want to receive submissions for?

    hi mate
    ive emailed you back a couple of times regarding this – you fixed the dashboard view for the author profile, but the reviewer profile still does not load.
    please can you look at this?

    I have sent you a WP admin login as well as a reviewer profile for testing the dashboard view. please let me know if you need me to re send these details.
