It was the google analytics pluggin that I had installed on the older version

Haha – what other plugins are on your suspect list? I bet i could add to it! I manage around 500 wordpress sites on the rackspace cloud and have created my own list of plugins that provide easy access to anyone who wants in to your wordpress site…any enhanced security features for 3.0?
