I can see what you’re saying. It is probably due to some conflict with your theme or a plugin.

I see that you have a plugin to customize my account page. Could you temporarily disable it to see if this solves the problem?

If so, since you do not have an integration with that plugin, I recommend creating an exclusive page for the affiliate dashboard.

As you can see, the plugin works correctly in our demo:

Therefore, I recommend you perform the following tests:

– update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
– change to a default WP theme like 2023.
– Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

If you don’t want to do this on your live site, you can do it on a staging site easily created using the free WP Staging plugin.
