Hi, the dashboard is having again issues (does not load) when Yoast plugin is enabled in the latest version of Tutor LMS.

Deactivating the Yoast plugin works again.

    Example:

    View post on imgur.com

But if I go to enrolled courses link in the screenshot, then it loads everything (except the link Dashboard, there we get the same issue)

    Greetings

Can you please check for a plugin and theme conflict? as it seems there is a high possibility that there is a conflict among other plugins that is creating this conflict. These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
    solves the issue
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to
    rule out the conflicting plugin
    3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme
    4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
theme like Twenty Twenty and check

Please also make sure that your platform and theme are up to date.

    Hi there,

The same issue, but I’m using Rank math Instead of yoast, the dashboard is unaccessible,
meaning the layout is broken, only links.

    Hello @ecomify

Its hard to predict the reason behind the dashboard not working without checking out from your end. Please make sure that you are using the 7.4 or higher version in php the plugins are upto date also the theme should be up to date. Then try and check for conflict. If there is none then please reach out to us via email. we would kindly request you to come to our mail for further critical approach for your issue. I hope to hear from you soon over the email

    Best regards

    Hello,

already raised this via email, no response for 3 days,

As of this writing, I also managed to reach out your support via chat, but all he say is reach out through the email support, which I already did.

Now still no response from my email.

All of it are working, but once I update the plugin from 1.8.7 to the latest 1.9.1, everything else crashed on the dashboard.

We both told you that there is an issue on SEO plugin, I used Rankmath for a SEO plugin, and the thread starter which is he use Yoast plugin.

Please check your software LMS on this, because this is a major bug on your end. since there are two SEO plugins that we already used, we have the same issue. not in our end, coz I use to maintain many sites and I know what I’m what to update.

    Regards,
    Cris

    Hello @edu912073

Could you please send a support email to support at themeum dot com?

    Kind Regards.

    Hi, @anim07, @creativeartbd

    I have the same problem. @edu912073, @ecomify
With each SEO plugin (Yoast & Rank math) Active, the dashboard crashes.
All plugins, templates and WordPress have been updated to the latest version & PHP is 7.4

    Please fix this problem.

    Thanks
