Dashboard Notes

It would be AMAZING if users were allowed to write notes between each other in the admin Dashboard, just like a writeboard. Only visible to users that were logged in. I am trying to leave instructions for users to create posts in a specified custom way and to have them be able to read a note in the admin area would simplify this process to an infinite degree!!
