Dashboard reports not updating?

@quanin Yes, there’s a delay in some cases. Were you able to start seeing data flowing in or is there still an issue?

Still an issue as of last time I checked. And I just checked again because you asked, still happening. But I can pull up the full report and see stats just fine.

@quanin Do you have your account selected under Google Analytics > Settings in WP Admin? Also curious what options you have set.

I just tested a site with the plugin (installed v2.5.3, accepted terms at the top, authenticated with Google, then selected the correct profile in settings) and I’m seeing charts and graphs behaving as expected.

Does the analytics tracking code not use the same profile settings as the dashboard display? I only see 1 profile setting there, and that’s the one I set correctly.

@quanin Okay, I was able to reproduce the issue! I’ll work on getting a fix out and let you know when it’s ready.

@quanin The issue should be fixed in version 2.5.4, which just got released. Please test and let me know if you’re able to see statistics in your dashboard area again!

Is there a delay with it? Just updated, but don’t want to commit to “it’s not working” if I just need to wait a bit.
