Dashboard reverts to text and loses formatting

    update:
    Seems as though this is the only page that isn’t loading the formatting: wp-admin/index.php

    Clicking on any of the sub pages, like
    /wp-admin/index.php?page=stats
    wp-admin/edit.php
    wp-admin/themes.php

    etc

    and the regular formatted page appears as it should.
