• I’ve set up my site, installed theme etc and it was working fine but all of a sudden when I try to check my web stats in dashboard home, it’s telling me to “launch my website” first which doesn’t make sense as I’ve already launched it? Now I’m unable to access the entire dashboard home part. Can someone please explain why? I have cleared the cache, logged out, had my plugins checked but still the same issue.

WordPress doesn’t come with stats built in, or anything that says “launch my website”.

What plugins are you using for these?

Ok I may have used the wrong word, but its dashboard -home -activity where you can see how many people read your posts by the day/week.

So I can’t see that part of my site. Also, is there a way I could send you a screenshot of the issue? It’s saying: “Let’s launch (my site name)” and showing me advanced settings etc to manage my blog which is weird because I’ve set everything up and launched like 3 weeks back.

Yeah, that’s not a part of WordPress. ??

What plugin are you using for that? Also, who is your hosting provider?

Bluehost. I approached them first but they sent me here after not being able to solve the issue. As for plugin, I’m not sure…Jetpack, Akismet, Milkit Frame, WordPress importer, WP Meta SEO

I don’t think either of those do what you’re describing, very odd.

Would you mind providing a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

    1. Take an image screenshot: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

    2. Upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Uploading_Files#To_Upload_a_File_for_Later_Use

    3. Click on the file in the Media library.

    4. Copy the File URL to the right.

    5. Reply here with the File URL.

I can’t see either of those because I don’t have access to your Dashboard.

I need to see the File URL. When you edit the image in the Media Library, it’s displayed as “File URL”.

    Yep, that one. ??

I can say for 100% certainty now that … in 11 years of doing this I have no clue what that is. ??

Bluehost uses MOJO for a lot of their 1-click installations, so I suspect it’s part of that. In this case, I recommend contacting Bluehost.

Yes, that’s what I did and they couldn’t help me, referring me to you guys instead. How? My theme isn’t from mojo though.

Well, it’s definitely *not* WordPress either, so at least there’s that. ??

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (some themes have setup steps like this).

Just doing a quick search for “fine-tune your site’s layout and appearance” suggests it’s part of MOJO Marketplace’s plugin.
