Dashboard Stats Not Showing After Update

    I have just updated the plugin, connected to WordPress.com.

    But, in the dashboard widget, where the graphs should be, all I get is the following message:

    We were unable to get your stats just now. Please reload this page to try again.

    Of course, I have reloaded the page, logged out and in, deactivated and reactivated the plugin — did not work.

    I can still go to the “Summary” and get the stats. But, it is a malfunction. Please advise.

    where exactly do i find this modules/stats.php file? i’ve looked under appearance > editor but cannot find it. please help

    Hi, indobrad,

    That is exactly what I also thought … and looked.

    I found it in wp-content > plugin > jetpack > module > stats.php. On line 413, it is exactly where Jeremy said it would be.

    Same here. I prefer to wait for the upgrade since I’m webmastering several WP sites ??
    Hope a soon update is on the way.
