dashboard styles messed up on other plugins

Is is possibile to make load plugin’s assets only when the plugin’s page is shown? For example the jQuery UI css:
is loaded even when I’m customizing another theme’s options panel under:
/wp-admin/themes.php?page=ot-theme-options
and it messes up with the tabs’ page styling.
