Dashboard styling options not working

I am trying to change styles in the Dashboard. Tried updating colors in Settings > Dashboard Style > and changing colors, didn’t work. I had litespeed cache enabled, purged and also reloaded browser cache, didn’t work. Then deactivated litespeed, didn’t work. Changed theme to twenty twenty-one, didn’t work.

Can you please have a look at this?

Also, if I want to make any changes that are not possible in the style settings, which css file should I edit? As I can see different styles coming from different css files in the dashboard.
