dashboard unresponsive after browsing for new theme

    Hello!

    After browsing for new themes from the panel “Appearance” “themes” I can only preview one new theme and after that my dashboard becomes completely unresponsive. Never happened before… Tried to shut the tab and reopen the page but same things happen. What is the problem?

  • It could be a faulty plugin or theme. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
