Dashboard url, wp-admin/index.php error

  • if i when click Dashboard url, wp-admin/index.php the error:
    Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.

    I tried to delete wp-admin, wp-content and wp-include .maintenance files.
    But i can’t find .maintenance.

    How can i solve?

    Are you sure you’re viewing hidden files? Can you see .htaccess in the site root?

    When you get the maintenance warning, is there a .maintenance file in the root? Do you have a “maintenance mode” plugin? Is there a maintanance.php file in wp-content?

    Log in to your server via FTP using FileZilla, click the “Server” tab at the top and check “Force showing hidden files”. It will show all hidden files so you can locate the .maintenance file.

    Hidden file in Linux is any file that begins with a “.”

    @wbcomdesigns yes .htaccess file looks and i opened hidden files view @rosehosting but i can not find .maintenance files. error url: error url

    my index.php and wp-admin/index.php is gets overwritten, Tried giving permission also but still gets overwritten
