Dashboard went blank

My Dashboard has gone blank. When i upgraded to 2.6.5 I started to get the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare uninit_blockyou_options() (previously declared in /homepages/43/d235625378/htdocs/mysite/wp/wp-content/plugins/index.php:31) in /homepages/43/d235625378/htdocs/mysite/wp/wp-content/plugins/index.php on line 29
After reading the error I deactivated the wp-blockyou plugin and that stopped the error; however, it just showed me a blank dashboard. I thought that maybe if i upgrade to 2.7 it may magically fix it. Well it didn’t and now I don’t get to use the new dashboard. Can anyone give me a little help, I would really like to use the new dashboard.
