  • What happens when you toggle “Enable activity report widget on dashboard” in WF/Options?

After toggle off/on it came back.
    Thanks!

Proof that that Options page needs a redesign, not sure how it would be done… but it’s pretty difficult to find stuff on it, eye fatigue from scrolling through it. Problem is, the usual ways web designers re-do those types of pages often make them worse. For example collapsing categories, only the user doesn’t know what the heck is in the collapsed categories and has to open them anyway to see what’s in there, just more mouse clicks. Information design, super tricky.

For example, “Basic Options” vs “Advanced Options” are ridiculous categories, the only people who know what basic is as opposed to advanced are perhaps the software developers, but I’ll bet if asked to make lists of what’s “advanced” vs “basic” they’d end up with different lists…

In any case, glad to be of assistance.

Maybe tabs using what you already have: Basic Options, Alerts, Email Summary, Live Traffic View, Scans to include, Rate Limiting Rules, Login Security Options, Dashboard Notification Options, Other Options & Exporting and Importing.

If you guys are planning a re-design, what about this: some web-hosts thinks this plugin uses too much resources and they recommend to move away.

    With love!
