    Can no longer edit Widget Box on our dashboard. All the gear settings take us to settings box, not the actual place to edit the items in the Widget Box on the Dashboard. Please help.

    Please provide a guide, because without being able to edit this Widget Box we will be unable to continue using.

    Yes of course, here is a guide that explains how to troubleshoot WordPress. That will help you figure out which plugin or theme is causing the issue. Again, it’s not anything that DWS has control over.
