Dashboard widget showing wrong out of stock numbers

  • I’ve had this issue forever, but I haven’t gotten around to tell about it until now. The dashboard widget showing out of stock numbers is wrong. It seems to be the case with my variable products, where it says I have 106 products, that are out of stock even though they aren’t.

    For some of the products it even writes, that they are in stock, when I click the dashboard widget link.

    WooCommerce is of course up-to-date with version 2.3.7

    Check the page is not being cached.

    Did you try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, if that resolves the problem, reactivate them one-by-one to try to find the one that is causing the conflict.

    It looks like you are using a commercial theme which is not available on www.ads-software.com, is the dashboard widget part of the theme? Ultimately the theme vendor’s support service is probably best placed to help resolve this issue.
