• Hi there! Great plugin and I think this works great!!!

Had a quick question. I noticed when I assign dashboard and activate it, it goes to a page where all theme settings and everything else is ignored, yet when you click on invoice, it’s embedded in the theme.

Is there anyway to make it so that dashboard (where it lists invoices) show embedded using current theme? Or at least as a part of page using [shortcode]?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

dashboard was actually designed to work independently from your theme. The only thing you can do here is to make invoices look like dashboard. For this select ‘Unified Invoice Page’ in corresponding dropdown https://screencast.com/t/Qxqp6OOP

    Thanks.

    Hey, thx for the update.

That does make it better. If I may make a suggestion…
    It’d be nice to either…

    1. be able to use shortcode to insert invoice + dashboard into theme.

    OR

    2. I actually do like clean off site look, but it needs a button that says ‘go back to site’ or ‘Exit dashbaord’ and if we can customize where it leads to along with text, it’d be awesome.

I’ve been testing this for about a week now and so far Great plugin!

My teammate disagrees but I actually like that separate look of invoice and dashboard better now that it’s same look! And it should be separate since it’s just amount invoice and payment. Plus it makes customer info field look much better than showing up below invoice.

But it’d need logo on top clickable to go back to main site + 14pt or bigger line on top or bottom with link to go back to main site, hopefully w/ customization to for example ‘my account’

Just wanted to give you feedback from further playing with setting you suggested.

    Thanks!

    Another thing,
when allowing partial payment, it says

    ‘Min. Payment Due: ‘

    But it should really say
    ‘Min. Partial Payment’

Because otherwise it makes it sound like you want customer to pay only that partial amount due.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your suggestions.
I think we will add something like ‘go back to site’ on Invoice and Dashboard page.

    Thank you for your ideas.

Sure thing. I found another bug.

So since dashbaord is on new window, when a guest/logged out user visits it it says

    Access Denied

If you see this message please be sure you followed by proper link from the invoice page or log in to see your dashboard.
    Go Back

    ——–
The issue here is ‘go back’ button is simple ‘go back’ on browser script and obviously since it’s a new window, there’s nothing to go back to.

    1. So either this need to be removed once you have another link to ‘go back to site’

    2. or this needs to be customizable as well.

    I’d go with #1 if I were you. ??

To clarify, since it has its own look away from theme which i think is fine, I have setup so Dashboard opens in new window/tab and make it look separate. So technically this becomes an issue only if you do that. ??
